One of our early farmer's market customers described this bar as the greatest blueberry bar ever. So, we asked, why? They said because it's not trying too hard to be blueberry - the flavors are all there, you just have to wait.
We agree.
Rather than pump these bars full of "natural flavors" like most other bars, we only use 100% organic dried low-bush blueberries, as well as blueberry powder (not made from an extract but from blended 100% pure freeze-dried organic blueberries). We carefully mix these with our base ingredients and add some turmeric for good measure for a unique blueberry bar that's...well...according to one, the greatest blueberry bar ever.
